Missing bsr
Subject: BSR Not Showing After 4 Days (Case ID: 17092909331)
Hello,
Four days ago, I contacted support regarding the missing Best Seller Rank (BSR) on the product detail page for ASIN B0C5RR8261. I was advised to wait for 4 days as the issue was expected to resolve automatically.
However, the BSR is still not visible on the listing. Could you please provide an update on this issue and advise on the next steps to resolve it?

We had this happen to us before. We had a BSR and then suddenly we did not. After some research it was determined it had been taken away because the bot had placed our product under the "Adult" category. Once they removed us from that category our BSR came back.
