Why Amazon punished the sellers for the interest of scam buyers
The same thing happened again, some scam buyer replace and return our products to FBA two months ago, now another buyer buy it. We lost money and goods, pay for the shipping, resulting in two complains about this ASIN, and a warning in the Account health page.
Why this happen again and again, why Amazon love these scam buyers so much? Can you at least do something before punish us sellers?

Hey there @Seller_2lNp7qY2ujoCO- sorry to hear about this experience. You may want to look into a FBA Reimbursement Customer Return claim if there were lost or damaged items that were returned and refunded, and this Account Health FAQ which has some details on managing callouts on that dashboard, and appealing as needed.

We know its sad to see such blind support to scam buyers. We had sold almost 200 pieces of such nice product with not a single issue but one buyer claim the product is fake but also state in his email that "ok, the product is still sealed and I would like to submit a return"
Still Amazon just block our listing. Sure customer service is from India which do not even check what buyer is doing just, block listing bcos its blocked by system.
Surely one day AI will take over such customer services as its no use of human who dont use brain to help humanity.
AMAZON IS BIAS TO BUYER AND BLIND TO SELLER ISSUES.
