Odd situation here.

3 days ago our OTDR dropped suddenly going overnight from 20 late orders to 50+ late orders. We're talking about the OTDR rate which shows on the Account Health Page.

When we went to download the clickable Report from our Account Health Page which shows each of these Orders, we are only getting a report with 20-21 orders showing on it, NOT the 50 implied by our OTDR rate .

Historically, the download report's number of late orders would match what the OTDR rate shown on the Account Health page

So either 30+ late orders are missing in that report due to a "glitch" or the OTDR rate itself is screwed up.

I started a case for an explanation and they are befuddled, saying to check that "SSA is enabled and that Transit Times are Managed by Amazon" which makes zero sense since all of our Shipping Templates have both of these features enabled and Amazon can obviously see this.

Anybody else having this issue?

The only other thing I can think of is that we removed all of our Expedited Shipping options about 10-12 days ago in order to simplify things and this issue coincides with this change, except why would we suddenly have a bunch of non -existent late orders implied by our OTDR?

Can someone tag a good MOD on this issue for us?

Amazon is reporting we have a non-compliant OTDR.

The data says it is for the period December 20th - Jan 2nd

But when we download the report (link on the same page), the orders on the report are mainly from early December to late December -- like December 12th-20th. Also the # of orders does not match up with the data being shown. Is anyone seeing this

Also it seems clear the issue with OTDR in the holidays started around December 18th -- we are in Connecticut and for orders on December 18th, Amazon "promised" customers they would have the item on the 19th -- 1 day delivery... which may be common under normal time period, but seems flawed to promise that in late December. It's highly unrealistic that USPS would have a one day arrival time at that time of the year.

Why doesn't Amazon automatically push out the delivery date a day during this time?

Why is there no way to run a report for a certain period of time that shows the Amazon promised date for each order?

So many sellers are having issues after the holidays with plummeting OTDR. Many of which have SSA and AHT enabled and we're still getting zapped for late shipments through no fault of our own. Yet, there is absolutely no way of knowing whether or not your account will get straightened out in the days and weeks ahead.

There needs to be a report that shows the orders, promised date and tracking number and current delivery status for orders shipped with Amazon buy shipping.

You currently just have to wait on pins and needles each day to see how if you're going up or down.

So frustrating to be held to such strict standards and you can't see what yard line you're on.
