Read onlyI need your help and advice! Recently, I encountered a troubling situation with Amazon that has left me deeply frustrated and at a significant loss.
I sent a shipment of 18 units of a high-value item, totaling approximately $4,000 in inventory value, to Amazon's warehouse. However, to my dismay, upon tracking the shipment with UPS, it was confirmed as delivered to the designated Amazon warehouse.
Here's the kicker: Amazon claims they have no record of receiving the inventory.
I immediately initiated a case, pouring over every detail and providing all necessary documentation. Case ID: 15158047561. Yet, despite my efforts and persistence, Amazon has refused to reimburse me for the lost inventory.
This experience has been not only financially distressing but also deeply disheartening. It's bewildering to find oneself in a situation where a reputable company like Amazon seemingly loses track of valuable inventory without any recourse for the affected seller.
