Listing Search Suppressed
Dear Amazon Manager,
I currently have 2 listings that are in search suppressed because the product description is required but not provided. However, I have filled it many times, but it is still not captured by the Amazon system. I opened a case (CASE ID: 15865404471) on August 20th and contacted your colleagues to handle it, but I have not received a definite response so far, and the problem has not been solved. This has seriously affected my sales. Can you help? @Cooper_Amazon

Thanks for letting me know about this. I've reviewed case 15865404471, and see that it is still open with Support who are investigating this issue. Please allow them some more time to look into the matter and get back to you.
If you see that the case resolves and still need help, let me know here and I'll look into seeing what options exist for escalation.
