Because one order opened the chargeback issue, but it is FBA order, which is Fulfilled by Amazon, NOT the seller-fulfilled offers.
Amazon is doing the customer service and order handling. Amazon would represent the seller in the chargeback process.
Could you help us to remove the violation from Account Health page?
