Listing is Inactive Requiring Approval to Sell
We had a listing that was made inactive and it says that the product requires approval to sell. Our prodThe reasons for the listing being inactive is that Amazon gives is

Other Home and Garden (including Pet Supplies) category in Refurbished condition(s)
Other Human Ingestible Products in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)
This product does not fit either of those categories. It is not a refurbished product nor is it a human ingestible product. We offer the product on the listing in different sizes. In different sizes the product is still for sale.
I have contacted Amazon support and opened a case, 17573879691.
Has anyone had experience with this and what were you able to do to resolve the issue with Amazon and get your product relisted?
