Put it on vacation. Make sure no listings have been added; make sure synchronization (BIL) is not enabled.
In your screenshot, do you see the little blue checkbox right under the sentence you underlined?
Uncheck it.
At least, I think that works. It no longer shows checked for me, but the notice is still posted on my SC page.
