Your branded listings on Amazon will be removed from Amazon.com on February 10, 2026. You will be unable to create new listings for these products.
Why is this happening?
We are taking this action because our records indicate that your business is located outside of Amazon.com. We take these measures to ensure that the products sold in our store are safe, authentic, and meet local and regional requirements. We leveraged a combination of automated means and expert human review to make this decision.

What is my selling status?
These products are currently restricted to qualified sellers only and new applications are not being accepted. If eligibility requirements change, a "Request approval" option will appear in the "Add Products" tool in Seller Central.
If you have FBA inventory, you'll need to create a removal order to have your inventory returned, disposed of, or donated.
Have your products been incorrectly identified?
If you believe that we have misidentified your products, submit a dispute through the "View Selling Applications" dashboard in Seller Central.

I have had this notice with brands we have never sold (we only sell our brands).
I even opened a case on it, and was told to ignore it if we don't sell the brands.
You can open a case to be safe but most likely it was sent to everyone in your selling category.

Hi, we received the same email, but in addition to Nintendo, HP is also listed. We never sold these brands, not even close to these categories. I hope a moderator will reply to the messages here. I hope the emails are sent in error, but still created a lot of anxiety until reaching the impacted brand section.

I contacted Seller Support and after some back and forth they finally checked and confirmed that I don't have any listings belonging to the brands mentioned in the email and told me to contact them if on Feb 10 any of my listings are taken down. So it will be a waiting game for now
