One of my customers purchased some of our lights, then he requested to return one, I gave him a refund not requesting a return of the light in the spirit of good customer service. After a few days he went to file a claim and it turned out that Amazon even refunded him for the entire order, no matter how much I explained it didn't work, have you guys encountered this?
