If you ship yourself, then you are on correct page. But if you are using Amazon FBAs, you have to click on "View FBA Orders" on the right side.
As you have selected MFN tag, I would like to ask- Are you really getting Orders?
Try clearing your cache, cookies, browsing history and restarting your device. If that doesn't work, try a different browser.

Are you still experiencing that issue, and did you try accessing Manage Orders on any other browsers? A few other sellers reported similar issues around the same time, and I am working to track down a cause.
Can you share a Case ID or any other details?
