I enrolled recently in vine program for the 20-30 reviews

I read that I get charged for the total of 30 reviews not what was claimed. So far only 9 were claimed but got only 1 review. So my questions;”:

Do I get charged per claim or per review? Wouldn’t I pay for the review considering that’s what this is about , not give away free products for no reason?

Question: Why is my product variation not eligible for the Vine program?

I launched a new color variation of an established product in June 2024 and sold a few hundred units, but it has only received 1 review so far. When I try to enroll it in the Vine program, I get the following message:

"Too many reviews - 405. This product is ineligible because it has too many reviews. See About Amazon Vine for detailed eligibility criteria."

I don’t think this is category-specific problem because a competitor in the same category, with thousands of reviews on their main product, is getting Vine reviews for their new color variations.

Why would my variation be flagged as having too many reviews?

How can I resolve this?

I rerently enrolled 30 units to Vine program and my products are eligible for Vine customers. It has been 4 days since enrollment and i see no claimed units. Is it normal? How many days should i wait for the claimed units?
