Iām experiencing a serious issue with missing units in my FBA shipments, and despite having opened multiple cases for reconciliation, I have not received any updates for over a month.
The affected shipments are:
FBA18DY33PGZ
FBA18DY8BFHT
FBA18DY7263F
I have reported this issue through the following case IDs, but there has been no resolution or response:
16894024671
16893997711
16950984881
A significant number of units are missing, and the lack of communication is unacceptable. I need an urgent update on the status of these cases and a resolution as soon as possible.
Has anyone else faced similar delays in case responses? Any advice on how to escalate this further?

In general, the more units that are lost, the longer the cases take to get reviewed/resolved.
This is likely because the cases continue to get escalated up the chain once they hit a certain QTY and/or $ amount.

For cases 16894024671 and 16950984881, they currently are waiting to be worked by the team that owns this issue.
