When Amazon presents guidelines to sellers, they are rules.
When Amazon presents guidelines to buyers, they are guidelines (until and unless Amazon decides it is a rule) If a review is allowed to post, it stays.
Amazon does not remove product reviews for seller presented reasons. When they do remove them it will be strictly for reasons of their own.
