US vs EU Trademark
I enlisted my brand on Amazon. I have a valid trademark in the US and now another seller is hijacking my brand and they have been allowed to make changes to my listing because they have a trademark in the EU. They also added packaging that infringes on my trademark and is no way associated with the brand. They were also allowed to enroll in the transparency program because of this but its my listing. I'm so frustrated, how do I resolve this?

Dougal here and thanks for creating this post, I have seen you active on some other threads and I appreciate you creating this discussion so I can hone in on your issue specifically.
I do see both your and the other brand enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry and the corresponding TM's. You should be aware that the other seller has filed an application recently in USPTO as well.
I think I have a potential resolution path, but I need to review more information on the ASINs specifically to validate my theory. Do you have a case ID with either Brand Registry support or Seller Support that lists ALL the ASINs that you are experiencing this with? If so, please include that here. If not, please let me know.
So I can begin my investigation as soon as possible, I can take any case ID that lists at least 1 ASIN you are having this issue with and I can start.

Thank you. The CASE ID are 17514689051, 17415353211, it only list one of the ASIN. I listed all the ASIN in the thread below
