Hi @Seller_woYG9POwvHmm3,
Amazon sends review requests automatically on your behalf, so you don't need to send additional messages. As mentioned in Request a review from a customer, Amazon considers additional review requests as "unsolicited messages."
If you'd like to request a review for a specific order, Amazon recommends using the "Request a review" feature on the Order Details page. This has some nice benefits:
- Sends a standardized message in the customer's preferred language
- Requests both product review and seller feedback in one email
- Can be used once per order between 5 and 30 days after delivery
There are also some important guidelines to keep in mind when requesting reviews. Under "How can I encourage buyers to review a product?" at Answers to Questions about Product Reviews, Amazon states you may not:
- Ask for positive reviews specifically
- Request reviews only from buyers who had positive experiences
- Offer any compensation (including gift cards, discounts, or free products)
- Ask customers to change or remove their reviews
Hope this helps explain the review request process!
Best regards,
Michael
