I posted a request for help on the forum, why did I receive marketing emails in my Amazon mailbox? The email also includes sending website addresses in garbled code

If you're receiving buyer messages that are Spam, report them.
We've been on this forum for a while and have seen only one or two messages that we thought might have been from Spammers who read forum posts.

This is the junk marketing email I have been receiving.
Hey buddy, I went through the same nightmare a couple weeks ago with FBA reimbursement. You mentioned Amazon demanding video evidence after rejecting your POD and BOL … that's exactly what happens when warehouse systems fail to scan items at check-in and support shifts the burden of proof onto sellers. And Amazon just keeps bouncing you between teams without resolving the claim. It sucks… I don't know why these bas***ds removed my reply in your thread, here's what actually worked for me: create a new email (not case) directly to (This location was a spam email disguised as an Amazon mailbox that I deleted). com and put your store name in the subject line. Include all the details you have and write something like "Please urgently help escalate this .. same issue Silver Oak LLC had a couple weeks ago, support just keeps sending irrelevant replies." It took about 8 days for me, but they finally helped me to fix it. Don't give up, OK? God bless you!

It has been 4 weeks and you are still using the same email template, but with different senders

We have gotten such a message from a "customer" each of the last few times I made a new thread about something in these forums.
You know the message is bogus because even if an Amazon mod did remove the contents of a reply post as this message claims, the post would still be there as "[Moderator Edit: (reason)]". I got the Buyer-Seller message at a time when there were no replies yet from other sellers.
The fake Amazon email address contains "esc-amazon", so be on the lookout for that.
Not sure why this "Silver Oak LLC" keeps getting mentioned in these messages.

That's the same "Hey buddy,..." buyer messaging Spam I've received.
Please report that message as Spam.
