Amazon insists polyester is a "noxious weed"

This item is a window curtain, and not made from noxious weed products. I'm receiving canned and unhelpful responses to my appeals. The Amazon rep clearly isn't bothering with looking at the PDP or the screenshots demonstrating policy compliance. We were told twice now the exact same thing, to update the material type which is already correct and compliant. This Amazon merry-go-round has to stop.

Could a moderator kindly assist please? @SEAmod@KJ_Amazon@Atlas_Amazon

Do you have anything on the listing comparing it to other materials? It could be a word on there.

It could also be somewhere on the internet using the same UPC, just FYI.

None of the other children have been flagged and contain the same exact information.

I see this often enough that it makes me wonder if each Amazon silo has its own bots.

Maybe each cubicle has its own bots.

All programmed differently, and all, for the most part, programmed ineptly.

I am also having SEWING PATTERNS identified.

This definitely is the "Seeds" debacle all over again.

I also had the "noxious weed" removal of a listing and it was for a sewing pattern yesterday. I hope it is not the "Seeds" debacle.

I had my listings taken down because I included wording that made Amazon think I was selling a pesticide, or something like that.

Seller support gave useless advice.

Found the answer in the forums. I had to just take an online class, through Amazon University, and then I could "confirm" that my products were exempt from regulation.

Oh, by the way, I manufacture children's training/drinking cups.

Any HUMAN seller Support should be able to fix this in 2 seconds, unfortunately, they are paid, but not to support sellers.

Unless the bot is reprogrammed then you will not get any help since CSA do not go against the bot.

Getting a bot changed is like Congress balancing the budget....

India, unofficially, has a caste system.

The people who program the bots are better (in their minds) than the people who answer the phones. Because of this, CSA are not listened to when they report there is a problem so they don't report it. They just keep copying and pasting the wrong answer knowing that you will eventually give up.

This is once and if you ever get past the CSA bots.
