All the inventory are marked as defective in one night
We are selling safebox with AA batteries. A week ago, Amazon said we sell button cell battery and need provide compliance. After several cases, Amazon found out we do not sell product contain button cell battery and dimissed the decision.
But suddenly all of my product are marked as defetive. I contacted through case for several days, no one can explain to us what happeded. None of the product were sold to buyers at all. I have no clue why all the products are marked as defective in one night.
Amazon staff just told me create removal order for this. But if that all brand new products are failed at the same time, how can I bargin with Amazon for compensation. I paid a lot for the safebox to sotre in the Amazon warehouse. And they just said it all broken now and let me remove it. It's a lot of money to us.
Does anyone ever met this situtaion

Did you ever get a resolution? We had a similar issue where everything was marked as defective, they refused to investigate, made us pay to have it returned, and when it came back it wasn't defective. We sent in more and they said it was defective again, no investigation and no reasoning given, so be careful.
