WHY IS FEDEX TRACKING SHOWING PACKAGES DELIVERED IN THE FUTURE
This is crazy... we have had a WHOLE BUNCH of orders, which hurt our VTR, shipped via FEDEX, showing delivered on 7/03/2025... HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE AS IT IS MARCH!!!!! THIS IS ABSURD @KJ_Amazon

We have about 20 more of these... i could scream. wasted 5 hours today trying to sort out WHAT IS GOING ON.. everything went haywire on amazon end of February and has not recovered and we are paying the PRICE>
WHAT IS GOING ON.. I AM SO TIRED OF COMPLAING ABOUT THE SAME ISSUES. NOW WE HAVE TOTALLY INCORRECT INFO being passed from Fedex to Amazon.. or vice versa... Wrong weight / dimensions..
OUR BUSINESS HERE IS IN JEAPORDY DUE TO INEPTITUDE OF AMAZON. WE SHIP ON TIME, WE DO OUR PART..AND AMAZON FEDEX USPS DROP THE BALL AND WE GET OUR METRICS hit hard...

Thank you for sharing those tracking IDs and shipment details. There have been some recent issues with tracking numbers/information, so your post caught my eye.
I reviewed the tracking numbers you posted and am seeing information displayed normally, with the dates in the past. It looks like your display is showing dates in Day/Month order, common outside the US.
Are you seeing the Day/Month display in Seller Central on order detail pages, as part of your VTR metrics, or elsewhere?

I reviewed some of the tracking numbers you provided on the USPS site. USPS shows "Pre-Shipment: USPS Awaiting Item" for those tracking numbers. I recommend checking with your local USPS office to see why this is a recurring issue and what steps can be taken to prevent it and ensure the shipments are scnanned/tracked.
I did not see the FedEx shipments on your VTR report. Those dates are accurate and are not leading to penalties or metric hits.
If you are seeing dates on the FedEx website and elsewhere display as Day/Month instead of Month/Date, that is outside Amazon and not something I can help with.

The dates are just written the same way the rest of the world writes dates. The month and the date are written flipped in most other countries. Unfortunately, United States schools confused the heck out of us. I just happened to have a lot of friends in the UK and in Europe so I learned to understand dates written both ways.
