Books being ordered, 5 hrs ago---must ship today! Why is this happening?
I have been selling books for over 14 years and recently (last 6 months) I get an order 5 hours ago and it says MUST SHIP OUT TODAY OR LATE CHARGE. What is going on here? I have always had 2 days to ship out my books. Now I am at 2.2 late on my metrics. THIS IS CRAZY. Anyone else having this problem?
