I can no longer add a product not sold on amazon
I used to be able to add a product not sold on amazon but the option has "Disappeared"

Did that problem get fixed or is this still a result of a bad credit/debit card situation?
So, your "used to" is only seven days ago? Wow, I'm getting old...
Are you going to the 'add product' tab in your inventory pages?

As you can see on your page that there is an option for "Complete your Listings" Click there and delete the listings which are in the draft then you will have the option to create new listings.

But if it is miss branded or counterfeit seems those sellers have zero issues listing items! At least other platforms are happy for you to add items and sell.
