FBM sales tanking after getting on FBA
Hello All!
Has anyone else seen sales dramatically fall since getting into FBA? I am the manufacturer. I have all of my products listed as both FBM as well as FBA. The problem I am seeing is that all of my FBM sales have completely stopped! It seems like Amazon is only pushing my FBA products. I use to have 20-30 FBM orders a day. Now I am lucky if there is one. My account is in perfect standing and is 100% healthy. What gives? Anyone else seeing this happening? Besides removing my products from FBA, is there anything else I can do to increase my FBM orders? FBA takes WAY too much money and seriously cuts into the bottom line!

Most of the time FBA will always win over FBM.

Dominic from Amazon here. There are a number of reasons why sales will trend in one direction or another. Most of the time the Fulfillment option is just one factor in a number of factors.
