We are a long time seller and our account was suspended last year (we re-sell toys/games):
We tried to re-activate our account for about 9 months, cases:
14139613261
13701464221
13642734711
13641880181
13634215521
13631847531
Eventually we determined that the cause was unsuitable goods, bit NO ASINS were ever provided and numerous invoice from our long time suppliers were rejected.
At this point we know the account will not be re-instated but we feel a spot light must be shoe on Amazon's broken Account Health system. Amazon feels it is acceptable to suspend 100 good sellers to get rid of 10000 bad sellers, acceptable collateral damage. There are real faces behind this 100 good sellers and the lives and small business they created to support their employees and their families.
It might cost more, but Amazon has to realize there is a better way!!
Amazon feels it is acceptable to suspend 100 good sellers to get rid of 10000 bad sellers
actually the opposite. Amazon randomly suspends sellers. Many of them perfectly good sellers. The really bad ones have several accounts and a new one for every account that gets closed by the next day....
Hello @Seller_HRcJa1gdGHeov
We tried to re-activate our account for about 9 months, cases:
Thank you for the information provided regarding the issues you have been attempting to address. I have reviewed the cases and did communicate with another team to find more details regarding your situation. They confirmed that video verification had been completed with you in addition to several documents being reviewed, but this information was determined to be unverifiable.
Due to the laws surrounding counterfeit products, our team is required to take action and restrict the sale when they are unable to confirm the overall supply chain. How exactly were you sourcing your products? Were you manufacturing yourself or did you source from specific brands?
We do encourage you to clarify this information so that we can better understand your situation, but we do ask that you remain aware that once this decision has been made, our team cannot guarantee a resolution will be available.
Best,
Atlas
How can I clarify a situation that Amazon will NOT be forthright about; you have denied completely valid invoices and will not tell me why?
I have said this many times, but what exactly Amazon thinks is a valid invoice is not clear at all anymore; you can have every aspect that Amazon requires: timeframe, business name, your company name, contact information and they still reject it. Google maps, state business records, and even calling the companies themselves are all options to verify invoices but are never done.
I know you are trying to help but you have to go deeper; the Account Health system is very broken and you are losing good sellers everyday.
good luck same boat as you and i never got my account back. worst of all they still charge me for inventory and wont send it back or donate so they just have me pay ever month. nice money laundering scheme they got going on
Amazon - you are beyond pathetic. Your treatment of us sellers is ridiculous. You will pay the price for what you are doing. I can't wait for it to happen. Hopefully it starts with the FTC beating you up in court. I hope you get fined beyond belief.
Question - why haven't you moved towards mediation? The cost isn't that substantial, and Amazon will pay for it if things are found in your favor. Many times even just the act of starting arbitration will get results.
@Atlas_Amazon
I would agree, care to comment Atlas? Silence is deafening!
Doesn't sound very reassuring, after all.
Did you sell used like new or new. This could be the problem. Just wondering. Amazon is so big and so cutthroat they change policy all the time. Amazon is looking more and more like armature hour.
Section 3 is so vague it is hard to tell what they mean,
Good luck.
Same encounter, as a real operating seller putting all the effort and money into Amazon, only to be completely disqualified from selling because we stuttered during the video review process (even though we were able to provide all the real information).
