Amazon is not responding to my Missing from inbound cases

I have so many cases open for weeks now, and amazon has not even bothered to respond. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I have so many Closed shipments with lost inventory and Amazon is not even replying, it say "Open Case : Action Needed By Amazon" I keep folliwing up with no answers. I am thinking this is due to them not wanting to take action until the NEW reimbusrment policy takes place so we get half of what we are owed. Please help, this case ID is an example ID 17370314841.

I am in the same boat with our account. We have LTL shipments from October of last year that have still not been resolved. I don't know what else to do any this point. Amazon's new warehouses seemed to be really bad at accurately receiving inventory the end of last year and it has resulted in the fact that we literally cannot trust or use Amazon Inventory reports because we know for a fact that the items they are recording for each SKU are way off in some instances... We have this ridiculous spreadsheet that is used just to estimate the inventory they "should" have...

make sure not to open new cases....keep re-opening the same case(s) until you get resolution.
