I have a buyer wanting to return a defective item but it seems he does not know how to do it. He contacted Amazon Customer Service then I received the messages on 3/22 as following:
-----

Then I replied to the buyer within one hour (on 3/22), informing him the instructions about how to initiate a return and told him to submit the return request for receiving return authorization, return instruction and return label as well.
The buyer never requested return or directly sent me message, but suddenly left a negative feedback today (3/28) as following:
No funcionó dañado, el vendedor no remplazó ni me proporcionó una etiqueta de devolucion
(Google translated into English, he said "It didn't work if damaged, the seller didn't replace it or provide me with a return label" in the feedback)
Come on, Amazon Customer Service. What is your use other than forwarding customer's questions? Why not directly inform the buyer how to do return?
Come on, that buyer. Can't you be a little more careful to check your Amazon message and email box, or just simply read a little bit to learn the basic knowledge of returning an order?
I believe there must have been a large number of Amazon sellers whose businesses were ruined by the Ignorance of such Amazon Customer Service and such kind of buyers.
That is just what they are supposed to do -- and nothing more. They are not supposed to provide service for seller fulfilled orders.
Unless you pay for Customer Service by Amazon. In that case they just refund the buyer from your funds. And charge you for that "service"
