Read onlyHello if a brand blocks me on a listing but not on their other listings , would I be able to sell on those other listings? Or will my account get banned. For reference I had two units listed on one of their products, they reported me for selling "counterfeit" items. They blocked me from selling those units. I have sold other products of theirs and did not get blocked so I was debating on sending one unit of the same brand but different listing. I went back to check the listings a few days later and there were multiple new sellers selling that listing.
If a brand owner has reported you for selling without permission, it would be extraordinarily foolish of you to keep on attempting to sell that brand.
Amazon expects you to have permission to sell -- permission in writing, directly from the brand.
You may be required -- at any time -- to produce proof of this permission.
Hey there @Seller_1xBKYWXrXE5qB- and thank you for looking to the forums for some insight on this question. Have you attempted to get in contact with the brand at all to clarify the counterfeiting issues?
That may be the best way forward, as I agree that attempting to sell the same branded products without resolving the prior situation would likely only cause more issues. If it helps, here is a Seller University video on responding to a counterfeiting issue!
