Read onlyWe sell most of our products through FBA. I.e, we have very few FBM orders. Today, we received a account health warning saying:
By checking the tracking info, we found that there were two ordered shipped recently were delayed by USPS during the transportation. Since we have very few FBM orders, two delayed orders already composed of 50% of the shipped orders. However, we shipped both the orders on time, it was the USPS delayed the delivery. Does it make sense to punish seller for the problems by USPS?
Don't sweat it. You'll get a warning any time that your numbers cross the threshold; but Amazon won't actually punish you based on a single incident; and unless you are a frequent offended, 2 or even 3 are unlikely to lead to problems.
It's just a warning to make sure that you are doing your best. These defects will drop off shortly; meanwhile, ship everything ASAP to give it the best chance of getting there on time. And if you've not been forced into the terrible automation, check your templates to make sure that the promised times are reasonable.
