we sent package to the IAH3 warehouse by UPS
It was delivered on 31-10-2024
until today,still not received

If Amazon didn't yet receive you have to ask your freight forwarder.

If the FC is busy, like they will be at this time of year, it can take a while to receive inventory. I waited 5 weeks once.

Same thing with us, shipped to HIA1 and after checking i'm seeing it's now going to IAH3. As much as I like FBA Im going to stick with FBM for a bit.
