What's happening?? I have 2 shipments delivered to Amazon and both are not yet checked in.
FBA STA (09/20/2024 20:34)-WBW2 - ID FBA18FN0XGCJ = delivered on September 23rd
FBA STA (09/27/2024 17:54)-JOT1 - ID FBA18GBZLNRW = delivered on October 3rd
I've contacted Amazon Seller Central and was told there's nothing they can do and I have to wait. I don't have inventory available anymore. Losing sales and money. Anybody else having the same problem?? What should I do??? Any help ??
Had this issue back in August with RYY2. Took almost TWO MONTHS to go from "Delivered" to "Checked In" status.
We have a shipment sitting at JOT1 that has been been in "Delivered" status for almost 2 weeks. I shipped to this location as it's closest to us and we usually don't have issues with warehouses closest to us.
Not sure if this warehouse is newer like the other mentioned above. It is peak season now so let's hope our inventory gets into place before Cyber Days and the Christmas rush.
same issue. My shipment was shown as deliver on Oct. 1st and no change since.
Have you had any updates? I’m running into the same problem and am wondering if opening a case is the best path forward

Thanks for taking the time to post. As we enter into peak season, receiving times are taking longer and longer as the inbound volume continues to grow. I apologize for the frustration this situation has caused. May I ask if there have been any updates to your shipments since the time of this post? Additionally, which Fulfillment Center did these shipments go to?
