My Amazon seller account was disabled without any prior warning, even though everything was in compliance. The account health was 200%, with no violations, and Amazon recently requested an identity verification, which was successfully approved. However, yesterday my account was disabled without explanation.
I have tried contacting support and requesting a review by a human agent, but I have not received a response yet. I have invoices, transaction records, and proof of my account's legitimacy.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a more effective way to speed up this review? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
