Does anyone know if there is a way to edit the product review request email that goes out? My automated tool was off for about a month so I've been having to use the native review request option in the seller central. BUT the issue is, the way their review request email template is set up, the seller review box is above the product review, so as a result all the reviews from past month instead of going to my product have been left on my seller profile page which is annoying and not helpful.
If anyone from Amazon's staff is reading this, can you simply switch your template for the review requests and have the product review box FIRST and the seller review box second? Would make a world of difference.
I don't know if what you say is true because I don't live in USA and therefore never bought something on Amazon. But now I understand for what reason I have a lot of feedback talking about the product. So, it would probably be a good idea to make the change you suggest. Customers don't understand the difference between review and feedback (even many sellers don't...).
@Connor_Amazon this is maybe an idea to transfer to the responsible team.
