Amazon AI is Ruining Product Titles

When we first created our products' listings in 2022, everything seemed to be fine once the listings were published.

Then, seemingly AI stepped in. I don't know about others, but with us, it just started cutting some of our listings without even bothering to notify us. We just randomly stumbled over these changed when browsing the inventory. We noticed that one of our listings was cut off ending with an "-" and some crucial info missing. We brought the issue to this forum and luckily a mod paid attention to it and escalated our case. It took the escalation team almost a month to restore the title to what it should be. Several times they got back to us confirming the change had been processed, when, in fact, the title remained unchanged.

Now, this is scary, the high echelon team is trying to correct a stupid AI act and is seemingly losing the battle... However, finally this issue was resolved.

Now, we found a similar issue with another item that we sell. Some nonsense was added to the title when some important info had been removed at the same time. To try to change it, we have to open a case and there comes an issue of proof. Amazon is asking for proof of this and that and whatever to change the title that we initially created (as the only seller of the product in North America), and some stupid AI (I have to state that AI's job proves to be counter-effective on Amazon, at least as far as we are concerned) changed.

Not only we put hours of work to create a title that would help the product to sell and every seller on Amazon knows how important a product title is for driving sales, now we have to spend more hours to restore it. This is absolute nonsense. If Amazon or its bot thinks of a title as inadequate, a listing should not be published until a seller and Amazon settle on a title that would suit both. Just chaotically cutting and editing product titles of published listings at Amazon's own consideration is unacceptable.

Our current case ID is 15270720751.
