I could not open a case on my account and asked the associate for questions. It showed that I had no permission, but the administrator account had already opened relevant permission. How can I open a Case to get help
Alert after getting help to select a Selected issue.It said "Something went wrong. Contact an associate or try again later". Then fill in Additional information to display no permission. No permissions are still displayed after selecting My question not listed
