Read onlyHas anyone else run into this? Before folks started running into the auto-enabled automated handling time several months back, we were already on Automated Handling time. We had it set for 1 day and we were consistently accomplishing that goal.
For some reason, when the auto-enabled settings happened, Amazon reset our handling time to 2 days. What?! We work Monday to Friday, and ship Monday to Friday, and we understood that Amazon does not consider Saturday a business day for us. Whenever we check in to preview what they would set us at for automated handling time, the system still says we would be at 2 days handling time.
The even more frustrating part is that we get these FBM Update emails every now and again urging us to use automated handling time and about how we are delivering our order 2 days before the estimate. Well, of course, if the system would read our performance accurately and see that we are shipping within 1 business day, we would be happy to move back to automated handling time. Other than leave feedback on the automated handling time page expressing our frustration with how badly it is working, I don't know what else to do. Has anyone else found a fix for this?

Hi @Seller_qso9puw2G5kCa,
Thank you for reaching out on the Seller Forums and for your patience here!
I'm just coming across this post and wanted to check in with you, has there been any updated to your handling times since posting?
If you haven't done so already, I would recommend reading through this resource that provides more information and best practices for managing your automated handling times.
Also, if you have any case IDs for this, I'd be happy to take a further look into those cases to see how I can best help here.
Thanks again,
Jameson
