Read onlyDoes anyone else have issues with sending FBA shipments to Jacksonville?
Every one I send has unreasonable delays.
And the insane part is that I LIVE in Jacksonville.
I have requested to be able to either drop off in person, or send to a different facility, but Amazon says I can't do that.
This is hurting my business and causing me to explore other options for outlets to sell my products.
Why does Amazon have no interest in helping their sellers?
It's true that you can't deliver to an Amazon warehouse yourself. And for the record, so many sellers on these forums are reporting "unreasonable delays" from FCs across the country.
Your other option is to create FBM offers for your items.
What do you understand by "unreasonable delyays"? Four weeks, two months?
In Q4 you have to calculate with three weeks from "Delivered" to "Checked-in" and other two weeks from "Checked in" to "Available". Are your "unreasonable delays" longer?
Hey there @Seller_hohRymUSDSZaI,
Thanks for raising this here on the forums. Is there one particular FC you're seeing this with, or multiple within Jacksonville? Additionally, have all of your shipments been received eventually? If not, let me know the associated case IDs and I'd be happy to look into this for you.
