LTL Carrier doesn't pick up

We use a third party API to process our shipments to Amazon FBA. Carriers for LTL are assigned by Amazon with no input from us, the shipper. There is a specific Carrier that rarely services our area, yet are routinely assigned pickups. This causes significant delays to our inbound shipping schedule and inventory stock counts. Does anyone know if I can I delete this particular Carrier from our LTL options list? Can I choose between multiple LTL Carriers and see their costs - similar to how we choose shipping for FBM orders? We would be willing to pay more for other Carriers if it means they shipments get picked up when they're scheduled.

Do you realize that the cutoff date for FBA to receive inventory was back in October. Don't send it now, as Amazon is beginning to refuse delivery of incoming shipments and returning them to the sender.
