AWD Nightmare situation! Please for the love of God can someone help me.
My first shipment to AWD for the first time and TBH it's been a complete nightmare.
660 units were sent to AWD in September in preparation for Black Friday and Xmas holidays and received fully by AWD as did UPS confirm delivery was received on 09/10/25.
AWD then forward 660 units to FBA by automatic replenishment
Shipment remains in transit/processing right up to Xmas!!
During this stressfull time I create a case 18818486051 and an investigation is conducted and drags on for over 2months. Over these 2months I have no inventory to sell in the most busiest time of the year!
Nearly 3months pass before Support say inventory was never shipped to FBA, so where is my inventory because its not showing in AWD??
Support appear to be working in circles and all of my concerns and qustions fall on deaf ears and my case is closed.
This case remains unresolved. I have 660 units missing and I am appealing for this case to be escaulted
Overall this has been a terrible experience using AWD and I deeply concerned about using this service ever again.

Ugh, so sorry to hear about your nightmare situation! I've read similar stories, which is why I've been so reluctant to switch from FBM to FBA.

AWD is terrible, I would highly suggest not using them; send directly to FBA. I have heard similar stories about AWD and at best they appear inconsistent and at worst they will lose your inventory; as with most things Amazon they over promise and under deliver.

The mod escalated this to an internal team for further investigation, I do not have high hopes that will be successful and the mods will not do anything further.
Other sellers have taken Amazon to small claims court (allowed with current TOS) and had success. Might be something to consider as long as your losses do not exceed your state's small claims limit.
