Unable to find the "REPAY BALANCE"

Hi,

I have negative balance and have to pay to reactive my account, but I can't seem to find the repay balance and need help to solve this. I followed the instruction given by the amazon tech support, which are:

1. Go to Seller Central:

https://sellercentral.amazon.com/payments/dashboard/index.html

2. From the main drop-down menu, select "Reports."

3. Click "Payments."

4. On the page that opens, click "Repay Balance" and enter your details to complete the repayment.

* The interesting part is I when I follow the steps , in report, there is no payment. Is it a tech glitch from amazon? all stores balance are zero.
