Suppressed items
On 12/18/2023 I added handmade products and within 15 minutes all 17 items were suppressed because background not white enough. I resubmitted the same items again 12/22/23 after trying to reach out to someone and still nothing. I am a first time seller and finding this confusing.

Have a pure white background (RGB color values: 255, 255, 255). This allows us to create a consistent shopping experience for customers across search and product detail pages.
Show the product as 85% of the image.
Not have text, logos, borders, color blocks, watermarks, or other graphics covering the product or in the background. Products with multiple pieces must be relative in size, with no one piece enlarged.

I had the same problem with my pictures. I use the program Adobe express to take out the background of my items in the photo and replace it with white.

Thanks for reaching out with your questions. As mentioned by @Seller_AXC06kcsKI1qG Amazon requires a pure white background per the Product image requirements because Amazon wants to ensure that main images interface with the website as expected. If you use an image editor to update the background of your products with a pure white background you shouldn't have any further suppression. Thank you for your understanding.
