We have a shipment delivered to AWD last April 8, 2024. It has been 8 days but our shipment is still tagged as "Picked Up" with no movement. Is there anyone who can help me what's the issue with our shipment?

We have arranged our 1st AWD shipment last May 21 for bulk units. To date, we don't see any major progress related to this shipment as below points:

Status in AWD page is not updated

• AWD Inventory is still reflecting "In-transit" despite the advise from Amazon CS that the units have checked in last June 05 at IUSJ
• No visibility on the current receiving status

Because of this, most of our SKUs are now tagged as Out-of-stock and hitting Low levels. I've been reaching out the Amazon Team daily to ask for progress however, there are still no any important updates being received.

We're anxious on how our inventory is doing now since we are lacking visibility on this AWD shipment.

We already raised multiple case IDs but none of them seem to have concrete updates and answers.

Help needed.

We are having issue with one carton of a single SKU sit in AWD warehouse but it repeatedly failed to be sent from AWD to FBA as a replenishment shipment.

The error were different incl. ""There was a technical failure during order creation"". and ""Shipment cancelled due to unavailable inventory in our distribution center""

Not sure if this carton was lost or damaged in AWD
