    Region Postage variances

    I am a handmade seller and I’m having issues with the cost of USPS rate increase for West coast region. I make earrings and I feel alot of customers don’t like paying shipping so high so I adjusted shipping amount but it affects my bottom line for west coast shipping. Can anyone suggest a better way, it would be ideal to be able to charge different rates for regions but I don’t know if that’s possible, any info appreciated, Trish
