If you're enrolled in Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF), you can use the MCF Analytics dashboard to help you make data-driven decisions about your operations.

This new dashboard provides visibility into your fulfillment performance:

  • Monitor orders shipped, units shipped, and units per order, MCF fees, and on-time delivery percentages.
  • Analyze trends over custom date ranges.
  • Compare metrics across different periods, such as week over week or year over year.
  • Generate order-level reports for custom date ranges that include order IDs, SKUs, product dimensions, tracking numbers, shipping dates, delivery dates, and MCF fees.
  • View your top products by units shipped and SKU-level fulfillment costs.

To access the dashboard, go to Inventory, select Analytics, and click Multi-Channel Fulfillment.
