I cannot find how to instructions anywhere. Why? I asked for it opened a claim they don’t seem to even know about the new feature.

Can you give me some more details on the feature you are describing? I'm not clear on which type of upload you are having trouble with. It sounds like you might be describing an upload using an inventory file but this isn't a new feature so I'm not sure that's correct. Can you share more details and your most recent Case ID? Thank you.
