Return - Restocking fee limit
I would like to have some information.
I know that we have to accept all return requests and that if the item is returned, the maximum restocking fee is 50% regardless of what is missing or the condition of the item. Is there a limit to physical damage on a returned product ? I recently received the return of a computer motherboard. Several connectors had been unsoldered and torn off, almost all the processor socket pins were bent and a corner of the motherboard was missing (broken)...
If we receive the item (regardless of its condition), are we obliged to accept the return?
Thank you!

In order to be able to charge the buyer for up to 50% of the restocking fee you will need to accept the return, this is part of the guidelines for charging the restocking fee.
