We have an issue with missing units in shipments from AWD to FBA. Not all units were received at FBA, and we are unable to start an investigation as support has not responded.
We previously reached out to support via case 17067845861 and provided the invoice (Proof of Ownership), but we have not received any reply for more than 5 days.
Additionally, we were unable to reconcile the shipment (via the shipment itself), as Amazon is requesting a Proof of Delivery, but we are unable to provide it since Amazon handled the entire delivery and AWD does not provide these documents.
Here are the shipment IDs with missing units: FBA18GBNYDB7, FBA18JBNYH4X, FBA18GB9JSW2, FBA18GBC95LH. The total shortage across these shipments is 970 units.
Please assist us in resolving the issue of undelivered units in these shipments.

Yup that is Amazon for all of us. Meanwhile some at Amazon, are buying more luxury homes and bigger Yachts. Why not, it's free money from poor schmucks like us.
I've had a similar issue, I'm posting on all similar threads to make sure that Amazon sees our concerns, please do the same. My case has been ongoing since September 2024, but others have had there's go on for much longer.
