Read onlyMy product has been suspended for CPC Compliance documentation. I had all the documentation/testing/certifications by an approved lab completed before I started selling the product... Amazon never asked for me to upload any documentation when setting up the product or during the first 5 months of selling. I just woke up one morning and both of my products were suspended.
I went ahead and uploaded the documentation that Amazon requested first thing in the morning. Then as usual, Sellers have to wait on Amazon to review the documents. After waiting 48hrs, Amazon denies the CPC documentation stating that CPC test was missing Small Parts testing.... Even though it was marked as N/A because the test is not applicable to this product...The product is a size 4 soccer ball, there are no small parts. This is a legitimate testing lab that has given my products a CPC certificate and Amazon is saying its incomplete... that seems backwards.
In the response they also stated that i needed to update the CPSIA warning attribute of the product detail page. Which is not an attribute that exists in the browse node that my products are listed in.... In other words this attribute can not be found on the detail page or in the Feed File for the products node (RECREATION_BALLS). So i am being told in order to get my product selling again i need to change an attribute that is not only not applicable to the product im selling but also does not exist for me to change due to an amazon system limitation.
After a lot of investigation and time spent on the phone with not so helpful Amazon "seller support" reps explaining this issue over and over again and making no progress. Here i am on the seller forums. I have been selling on Amazon for ten years and although i am not surprised this is happening i will say this is one of the more frustrating things i dealt with..
@Glenn_AmazonI have seen you active on this CPSIA warning attribute issue for other sellers. Do you think you could help me out?
