I sure hope they implement this better than those who don’t utilize CSBA. Every time I file a claim for damaged goods I get pennies on the dollar that rarely adds up to enough to cover the return shipping that I am forced to pay. It’s a joke and all appeals are denied no matter how much proof I provide.

We are billing all customers directly who use fraudulent means to obtain a free return label or larger refund.

We file continual safe-t claims only to waste hours of time with appeal after appeal while amazon feeds the scammer by giving them our money under fraudulent pretenses. When our Safe-t claim is not properly adjusted, we are billing the customer directly.

Fraud is against the law, which supersedes Amazon policy. Amazon has policy, we follow the law.

We are prosecuting fraudulent customers in 2022 on all marketplaces we sell our products.

We will no longer accept fraud under the guise of ‘that is the cost of doing business’

Overt Fraud is NOT a cost of doing business. It is fraud and it is against the law.

Amazon, follow the laws of the United States or we shall apply the laws ourselves.

We must all work together to stop Amazons unlawful activities and fraud forced upon its sellers on a daily basis.

Doesn’t appear to be working. Amazon refund an FBA order by a customer a few days ago for an order placed 8 months ago for “wrong item received”. This is the error I get when trying to file a SAFE-T claim.

This order is not eligible for SAFE-T claim. Only Seller Fulfilled Prime orders, MFN Prepaid Return Label orders, Easy Ship orders and VAS orders, are eligible for SAFE-T claims. Please refer to Amazon SAFE-T Claim Policy for more details

Pay Amazon to get your money back from customers who scam the system? Sounds about right.

Let me sum up: you can save time and money by hiring CSBA. But you can then spend your time fighting a soviet-style appeals process when CSBA simply gives your money away in order to “service” (y)our customers.

I suspect this change only came about because people were trying CSBA, then dropping it like a hot potato when they discovered that “service” means “handing your money to their customers.”

I would only consider such a program as CSBA when amazon would reveal its customer feedback rates.

SO Pay for Serviced Amazon says they are responsible for and they Might refund you when they allow this nonsense… yea we saw this coming when you started the Pay for CS game.

P.S. “You can request reimbursement when a customer has been refunded by Amazon and you believe that you should not be responsible for the charge”

This is the issue and shoudl never happen. Amazon Shoudl always Refund the Seller in this situation.

what about all the “missed fulfillment promise” transactions over the years; where Amazon is too busy, lazy, incompetent to send the item to the customer in a timely fashion and then sends the customer the item and a refund…All of these high standards required of sellers, and they continue to rake in the dough and make very minimal effort or reparations…

Of course, the issue for Returns that are damaged in transit still haven’t been properly addressed:

#2 (the last bullet)

Items lost or damaged in transit, either outbound or return, by any carrier other than Amazon Shipping are not eligible for SAFE-T claims. Instead, you can raise a claim with the carrier for a possible reimbursement
