Amazon deactivated my account . I sent in all the required information, including my sellers certification. Banks statements, shipping notification, invoices, tracking numbers, proof of purchase, pictures of the delivery at my location ,and company information. The Amazon account specialist told me if I provided this information my account will be activated.
I do not understand. I provided everything, I have proof of purchase on all my items.

What are you trying to sell?
Where did you source it?
Do you have permission FROM THE BRAND to sell their items on Amazon?
I'm looking at my MK account now, we are on the consultant list. The customer service rep provided us with all the documents including invoices. The account been active for over 5 years.
Yes, I've been looking at the forums. And yes, there are many sellers every day who get their account deactivated for selling unauthorized or counterfeit products. In many of those cases, it's because the BRAND does not want 3P sellers representing their products on Amazon (hence the standard agreement that most MK consultants have to follow to NOT sell MK products on Amazon).
Much has been pointed out, including by mods, that in some cases, a LoA is required. Are you looking at the forums?
Oh, but they DO care. They want to keep unauthorized sellers off the platform. Since you are one of the authorized MK consultants allowed to sell here by MK, you should be glad of that; 1000s of other MK consultants are not allowed here, due to the contract that they signed with MK. So by Amazon blocking all of the unauthorized sellers, it allows the genuinely authorized sellers to do better, with the assurance (for sellers and customers) that the products are legitimate.
It's good to diversify. Of course, since MK polices all of the marketplaces, and you are one of the very rare consultants allowed to sell on online platforms, I would suggest that you get written authorization in advance, specific to each platform, to save time when this happens again.
I just hope that you'll post back and let us know how things work out.
Yes, that's the standard protocol when there is reason to suspect that items may be inauthentic. It's spelled out in the ToS that you agreed to when you signed up; also protects Amazon from liability, since they no longer have plausible deniability in case of a lawsuit or other legal action against you.
This has been mentioned and clarified many times; are you looking at the forums?
same thing happened to me
The funny part the keep all my money
