I feel very helpless and I see it’s nothing new as a seller on Amazon. I am a wholesaler of a brand that o recently started doing well on. This week I woke up to most of the titles of this brand changed. I also found an account with same exact products as the listings that whose titles have changed, I reported as duplicate listings but no help there, I was told there was no violation!!!

The changes in title have outright stopped our sales by 99%. They were 2-3 sentence titles with very relevant keywords now we have two words that have nothing to do with the products.

I have called support everyday and I have reported this issue . Only one of the listings was edited back to the original title. I have also reported the duplicate listings that this new seller made (with highly likely fake reviews all in the span of March 25 2025), meanwhile we have reviews almost a 1000 from previous years

Is this a dead end? Should I just do a removal order and get my products back? I have inventory in thousands of dollars

This is very upsetting that we have no protections as sellers when hijackers come and change listings and when sellers violate Amazon policies they are not held accountable.
